I just joined Lead Genie in January, and everyone has been so friendly, welcoming, and quick to offer help. This company really has a great culture. From where I sit, everyone seems very happy here. Management is always in touch, or just a quick Teams message away. I’m looking forward to the future here, and to see how the company continues to grow!

God knows what we need before we do and always provides. My husbands cancer spread and both of my parents became ill unexpectedly. I was a school bus driver for seven years and had no idea that I was going to be changing careers. LeadGenie came along at the perfect time for me and my family. A job that I could work from home and still be a caregiver as well. I had no experience as a call center counselor before and was quite nervous, but as I met my coworkers I knew I was in the right place! With all the love, support and guidance, becoming a Genie was easy! I love being a Genie because I get to do what I do best and that is care for others. To be able to help families in their time of need warms my heart.

I joined lead genie in January of 2024. I immediately recognized, during the interview that everyone was very caring. I loved the idea of helping people; when they are the most vulnerable. When I began taking calls it was apparent the they were calling when things were in crisis mode. I love the idea of helping folks who are looking for direction and help for their loved ones, and leading them to that help. I love connecting with people, and Lead Genie has allowed me do do that. The training and encouragement I have received from Lead Genie has been truly unique, because it is apparent to me that management really cares about my progress and my day to day activities. When Changes are required of me, there is always an explanation and a desire for management to know how I am doing. So, I guess why I am here is to help and serve others and help to propel the company forward. I have to say I enjoyed helping to build the company here, more than anywhere I have ever worked, due to the caring management here.
